Russ lives in Central Ohio with his wife Judy, son Alex, and an ever changing range of foster children. (At the time of this writing, they have four foster boys). The Lord brought Russ and Judy together two years ago and has since led them in an unpredicted direction. Foster care is now their main ministry. It is an opportunity for them to help young men and women improve their start on life. Russ and Judy pray that the Lord will use them to minister to the children and help bring Jesus into their lives. Russ and Judy have also been leading a  Wednesday night youth group for 1st to 3rd graders at their church and have been helping with the youth services on Sunday mornings. Russ also spent a week at Camp Cherith as a counselor.

Russ is incredibly thankful for the blessings the Lord has put in his life and the evils He has kept away. His hobbies include darts, chess, fantasy football, and stock trading. Although, he’ll be the first the admit he’s not that great at any of them! Russ and his wife have 5 dogs, a tank fill of fish, and one cat that oversees everything.
